ITS and E&M Solutions are combined Engineering and metrology companies dedicated to providing solutions for industrial and commercial clients.
As a licensed engineering firm, we maintain current registrations in Arkansas, Texas, and Alabama as well as a national registration for ease of application to other states based on your project needs.
Our permanent locations are in Jonesboro and Little Rock with commercial offices in the Little Rock Technology Park. To better assist our clients’ needs we also have a mobile equipment and office trailer utilized for quick mobilization.

E&M Solutions and ITS provide a phased approach to project management in which tangible deliverables and task can be shown for approval before moving forward with projects.
Project structure and approvals is critical to effectively communicate and monitor progress between team members, the client, and other contractors/ vendors involved in projects.
At E&M Solutions and ITS we work with teams from all disciplines of engineering, contractors, and vendors to provide detail scheduling and budgeting to define phases and the project structure. We can align with company specific processes, adapt to projects that are subcomponents of other projects, financial plans, or provide our own structure.
Metrology
Tracking and Scanning are a means to solving engineering, construction, and quality problems. Our technology is used to provide more data, more accurately, and help complete projects quicker and more cost effective.
Our technology includes 3D scanning, 3D tracking, and a licensed drone pilot.
3D scanning is a popular technology being utilized for multiple purposes including, reducing traveling, reverse engineering projects, continuous project updates, interference analysis, etc… Our goal is to utilize this technology as means to the solution. Too many companies only provide you massive files of scanning data without the solution you need. Whatever your goal we carry the technology to analyze your equipment, As-Built systems, and provide the engineering analysis and review required for your project.
Detailing
Detailing is an essential component in the accuracy of projects completed saving companies time, money, and ensuring complete understanding of project scopes of work.
We can provide our own in-house formats or conform with any customer customized drawing layouts, templates, bill of materials, and specifications to fit each project’s needs.
Detailing is completed through 3D modelling which can be integrated with all disciplines being 3D modelled to check fit ups, eliminate clashing, and streamline workflow.
