Mechanical Integrity
Our Mechanical Integrity Programs are engineered to help you protect yourself from financial issues, provide safety, protect against environmental risk, and prevent disasters.
We understand that with various Code Requirements, state to state laws, federal requirements by OSHA and the EPA, and other general industry recommended practices it can be difficult to keep up with what equipment needs to be inspected on what schedule.
At E&M Solutions, we’re dedicated to helping you develop your program to meet all requirements and provide a predictive maintenance to help in planning replacement or repairs of your equipment.
We can work to provide essential expertise or serve as a full solution provider. We’re not only the engineering analyses or inspectors. Performing the onsite tank, vessel, piping, or duct inspection is only part of our services.
We can work with your crews after the inspections to manage and execute any repair designs, replacement designs, modified operational procedures, and full engineering and management services needed to bring your equipment back into service and ensured integrity of your equipment has been restored as specified.
