Mechanical Engineering
We take our clients’ needs and develop a proper design basis using a deep understanding of their company, its processes, industry standards, and code requirements. Combining the proper design basis with good execution and detailed construction plans results in greater financial gain for our clients.
As part of our project management structure, we ensure high quality in our engineering design as well as eliminate rework, by ensuring projects are structured correctly. Putting the cart ahead of the horse can be costly to our client’s and is something we strive to avoid. We’re driven by results, and apply our expertise to provide satisfactory deliverables.
All our engineering processes incorporate the most advanced models to track bill of materials and identification numbers from process flows, to piping and instrument diagrams, all the way through detailing, to onsite inventorying, and construction management.

We have the capability to select equipment for ASME code vessels, tanks, material handling/conveying systems, compressors, boilers, agitators, blowers, pumps, chillers, and most chemical processing equipment. In selecting this equipment we ensure conformance with specifications, standards, code requirements, and work within provided layouts or to generate layouts as required.
Detailed engineering, sizing calculations, specifications, and finite element analysis (FEA) include traditional Mechanical/Structural Equipment Evaluations, ASME Below the Hook Analysis, and Code compliant structural steel connections.
We have specialty skills developed for design of systems involving hazardous materials regulated by the International Fire Code (IFC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements. This includes NFPA 30 flammable and combustible liquids and NFPA 652/654 Combustible dust, and other associated standards associated with design of these systems.
These designs utilize most AutoCad software products including Plant 3D, 2D AutoCad, NavisWorks, SolidWorks, and other integrated applications and extensions of these software solutions.
